Something very similar occured here last fall at the Tampa Show, only they were WAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYY older and that made it exponentially creepier.

I've heard people talking about getting high for the show too. Where was I when this memo was passed out? There were definitely a few baked people in my
section. I was tipsy but nothing embarassing. One guy at the merch table was like "Fuck John Mayer! I'm only here to hear Ben Folds! John Mayer will
probably be too high to play tonight, anyhow" I wish I saw him after the show...
Taw, that sucks about those people. Is it bad that I looked at the picture to see if I knew them? I had an old couple grinding in front of me and massaging each other's backs but that was about it. |

hopefully the people that were only at spac to see ben folds bought lawn tickets. they do know that they can catch him for $20 alone, right?? not gonna lie though, ben put on a great show...it had me going.

Wow Tara...I'm thoroughly disgusted just reading your post and looking at those pics and I wasn't even AT the show....GROSS!! I have no idea how you
endured that high-class makeout session in front of you because I surely would have had to say something to them since it lasted the ENTIRE FREAKING SHOW. So
uncalled for. Props to you for taking those pics and "outing" them!

There's something about Brett Dennen that I just love! Not in a teeny bopper way. But his music just has this quality to it. I dunno what it is. Usually I get ADD during the opening acts (I'm always ADD, tbh) but I loved Brett's set! I forgot how awesome Ben Folds was! I definitely listened to some today 
That kid that was dissing JM and loving on BF had better seats than I did, which sucked. His friend was like "I don't care if John Mayer's high or not, he's freaking hot" Ugh. (I'm just jealous that they had better seats than me... BAH!) |

Was anyone near me in the 2nd row/1st row with drunk dood who smelled like glue and booze that the security guard nearly had to kick out for insulting Mayer
and hitting on 14 year olds throughout the fucking show? He kept thanking mayer and saying that he knew him.

I sold my tickets for this show, and from reading taw's review (and seeing the length of the setlist) I am glad i didnt make the huge drive each way to go
to SPAC. The seats I had were 3 and 4 in the pit, which I am guessing would have put me right around said iPhone couple. I was really disappointed with the
length of the set on the april tour, and it looks like this tour may be more of the same, which is unfortunate. It may take another trio show to get me pumped
for seeing mayer again
