They are in fact, eating chocolate mousse. Apparently the mousse was injected into her khyber and she just er... squeezed it back out. I mean when you do look at it, it's an awfully large amount expelled from the er..passage in such a quick time. So yeah, the fake aspect of it is feasible. I perhaps could watch more than thirty seconds this time with the thought of chocolate mousse being eaten on my mind lol
