Ok, so I just got back from watching Iron Man and I must admit, it was awesome. In the next upcoming weeks we got Speed Racer, Narnia and last but certainly
not least, Indy. This is one of the biggest May's that I remember in quite some time.

Jon - did you stay all the way to the end of the credits?
It's amazing that they hid a major plot point at the VERY end of the long ass credits. There were only maybe 20 people left out of a packed theater that saw the end. Anyway, all around awesome movie. I LOVED it. Stoked for Indy and SATC, for sure.

Oh ya, I saw the bonus at the end. That was crazy sweet. For those of you who haven't seen it, stay until the credits end!

Speaking of upcoming movies - did you see the trailer for Zohan? The Adam Sandler movie ... it looks absolutely AWFUL. Total crap.

No way this was one of Gwyneths betrer performances lately.
And yeah, Iron Man is so far the best reviewed movie of the year. Greatness.

I still cackle when I remember Stark smashing into the wall; the end scene was EXCELLENT. So excited!

holyshit this movie grossed $101mill from friday to sunday...but from thursday night showings to sunday it grossed $104 mill
"To call this the biggest opener ever for star Robert Downey Jr. is an understatement: The actor has never even fronted a movie that grossed $100 mil during its entire run, let alone in one weekend." 'Iron Man' Forges Historic Box Office Win Music had been her refuge and her solace, and she had a healthy appreciation for its power to transport a person to a better place. |

Gwyneth Paltrow was GREAT in this movie. I fell in love with her. BTW, $101 million is amazing!

I just watched The Kite Runner last night. It made me tear up a little, and then a couple hours later when I was going to bed, I got to thinking about it again
and started crying some more. Some powerful stuff. I know it's been out for a while and really isn't a summer movie or anything, but it's highly
recommended never the less.

thank you Jon.
and it saddens me to see that Bale will play Batman again. He is such a horribly stiff actor. |
