I think I'll keep my excitement going though....this week is going to be awesome....WTLI movie showing tonight, concert on Sat....wooohoo!!!

I like the feeling that things are building up...the theater showings, the live show release, then the actual show...I can't imagine a better way of
spending a holiday weekend. I only wish I didn't have to travel so far to get there, but hey, that leaves lots of time to listen to JM...oh wait, [sigh]my
car's CD player is broken...[/sigh]
I'll figure something out. Make sure you enjoy the music, Dink...it doesn't happen everyday!

. . .only three more days till the Indy show! I'm bringing a friend from work--it's her first JM concert and I can't wait for her to experience
it. My husband didn't want to come with me--"Missy, I've already seen him twice in the last two years!"--never mind that we're seeing
Sheryl Crow in Nashville in three weeks and it's less than two years since the last time we saw HER in concert. So my co-worker gets to come. We'll
probably come early--around 7:00 and give ourselves some time to look around. I figure John won't take the stage till around 9:30 and then keep us there
for two hours
We will be in Section C, Row Z, seats 25 and 26. I'm Missy (the short blonde) and my friend is Jessica (the tall blonde). If you're around our patch, say hi. Half the fun of these concerts is meeting other people who are even crazier than you about our boy's music

My wife is accompanying to the concert, although sometimes I wish she didn't...she's a great wife, but she isn't as excited about Mayer's music
as I am. The first concert we went to she sat the whole time and snickered at me while I stood and let myself get lost in the experience. She wasn't the
only one like that at that concert--after screaming at the beginning of "Good Love," I realized that no one around me knew why I was yelling. Of
course, I was near the back of the venue that time, and this time I'm up close, so I told her she can't sit the whole time. We'll see if she
behaves. ;-)
I think I said earlier, but I'll be in Sec B, Row C, Seats 10-11. I'm the 6' brunette (are guys brunettes???)...feel free to say hi.

He played Covered in Rain in Indy in '04 and it was awesome.
Quiet is rare, but it's short and I think most of the audience would enjoy the other two songs more. Tough call. "Running is a mental sport and we're all insane" |

yeah it was awesome in 04 but ever since i heard him play it acoustically from one of the tapes its what ive been dying to hear. so come on people lets vote

quiet....I would love to hear the whole thing not teased been to long...
not a covered in rain fan at all.....message eh..he teases it in songs enough for me. I would rather have something that is a bit rare...however everyone is gaga about CIR. that will probably win...whatever the set lists have been great. debbie
