But it's the best NorCal is gonna do. I need to move back to the Bay. Anyway, who's in for Marysville? I'm flyin' solo that night (none of my friends like Mayer). I'm in 104, row 6. I was hoping to get a single seat in one of the front sections (1,2,3) but it didn't happen this time. This will be my 5th Mayer show (Marysville 2004, Shoreline 2006, Fresno 2007, Nokia LA 2007). See you there in the hot sun and boring dirt parking lot.

You know the one they make you go through that strange little town that almost looks like a ghost town? Unless you know of a way to get back to 80 from there without having to detour to nowhere.

This tour seems to have some real gems thrown into the set, with cool intros, outros, and little surprises here and there. I think if I keep up on each show, checking the set, listening to tapes, I'm just going to further spoil my own show. I'm thinking I'll go on a Mayer fast until the show. No reviews, no tapes, maybe not even any CDs or anything. Hit the Mayer reset button and go into the show as fresh as possible for a fan who's heard everything. I think the only exception to that is that I'll vote (possibly lots of times) for whatever my encore poll is. So...adios JM! See you on the 25th.
