Of the concerts I've been to, this is my first Mayer show that will feature a lot of you guys instead of the local NC or east coast crowd (whom I love, of course...). Any good places/possibilities/areas for this? -drew. You've done so much for us recording almost every show this year... You should go to this one and just enjoy it... After all, it will be webcasted, right? It's just my suggestion, though.. Even if it's webcast, I like the true 'feel' of a show when it is captured raw and in person. I'm sure nobody will hold it against you if you don't tape, Debbie, but my frame of ref is the raw tapes from WTLI last year and the finished product -- there was so much edited out (banter, etc.) that added to the experience of the live tape...the DVD was awesome but the tapes really gave the show its proper scope and magnitude. As always, do what pleases ya... She's the wisest pony in all of Ponyville. Attempting to avoid the Bitch Slap Thread since 2008...

Yes it'll be soundboard, but i will be surprised if we get something higher than a 160kbps stream. Audience tape (depending on crowd noise/position/how mic is held) is almost always better. Im sure your tape would be appreciated but knowing that copies are already going to be made maybe just go have some fun ^_^
