I can't even be bitter that he didn't play new stuff, coz he just sounded joyous.. And I'm convinced, that we'll hear it when the time is right. So fun sharing it with my pals the world over.. Following the chain of facebook status updates has been hilarious tonight! Love to you all.. And love to the Mayer, that was a wicked idea - feel free to webcast all your concerts from now on... You can take all the tricks up my sleeve....

I like all the mess he made - he missed chords, words, keys, tones but he was in it, with shaky handed, jagged hearted, rainbow shielded joy. I'm sat in my PJ's at 7.19am, this feels awesome.

This was so cool. hanging out and hearing John Mayer live.. I cant wait for the recordings. I wasnt home for the beginning. in fact, i thought i missed the whole thing, but i forgot he is on West coast time.. so i only missed a few songs. I was suprised to not hear anything no. I hope we didnt hear the last of "Taking on Water" this summer.

He's very clever at medleys. I was looking for a job online while listening so all in it made a gruesome task less dreary, in other words, nice background. I think this show will go down in history as one of the authentic JM experiences, like Eddies and Hotel Cafe. It was nice to be able to hear the stream if we couldn't be there.

I think if he spends some time with it, and then takes it into the studio and builds it a little more.. it could be really great.
