how long can you keep defrosted chicken breasts in the fridge? I have one that I defrosted on Saturday but never got around to cooking it. it's an
individually sealed piece and hasn't been opened yet, but it does have some kind of italian marinade in the packet. is it ok to cook? I'd have chunked
it if it was just sitting on a plate in the open but I figured since it's basically vacuum sealed it would be safe.

No Dr's appt for me today becuse I called at 10 a.m. (you can start calling at  and their are no appointments left for today. So I'm suffering though
