yup, i judge people when they use poor spelling and grammar. i'm awful.

i know that people have beliefs that completely oppose mine, but it still makes me incredibly sad that people share your viewpoint on this, jon. whereas i become sad that people can't accept other people and give them basic rights (such as being able to visit a dying partner in a hospital), you become angry that we might allow such things to happen. it also amazes me that people still think being gay is a choice and not an inherent trait. i don't know anyone who would actively and voluntarily choose a way of life that would subject them to ridicule, threats of violence, and a lack of rights. but i do have many dear friends that are gay; they come from families with other gay members. this isn't the case for everyone, but it certainly lends great credence to the genetic factor.
