As you can see by my postcount I don't post here often, but I like to look around every once and a while. This post has to do with a rather random question of mine, that's why I thought this would be the place to ask it. I purchased Where The Light Is on vinyl via ebay a couple of weeks ago, and when I got it in the mail it came with a promotional code. With this code I could download the album for free on digital format through JM's website. All of this sounds wonderful, but when I went online to download it, the website said I couldn't because it is only available to US residents. Since I'm from Holland this excludes me, so there's my problem. I already have the album on digital format, but was wondering if this particular download would be in iTunes plus format, or with some bonuses/extras or something. Does anybody have any information on this? Also, it'd be great if any of you "US-residents" would download it for me and share it via rapidshare or any other medium (unless it is in fact NOT in iTunes plus format, or with bonuses/extras). I can understand if this goes against forum-policy; in that case maybe I can make somebody else happy with this code, for those who don't have a (legal) digital copy of WTLI. Thanks in advance.

We have been friends for over 20 years, he living on one coast and I on the other. We were "pen pals" back then and today we talk on the phone, email, text and the such. (thank goodness for technology). We are completely different, me a beach bum type and he a greaser of sorts. It is important to note here that my friend rejects anything "new and modern", he lives in a completely retro world. Anyway, back to JM.....He texted this to me the other day. "Mayer is a blues man?" I think my heart literally skipped a beat. I immediately sent he a boat load of mp3's to check out and this is his reply. (oh, and he took the time to check himout on youtube.com) Ladies and Gentlemen I think there is a new Mayer fan out there. Yippee!! "Holy cow, this guy is much younger than what I was picturing (an older seasoned veteran) I guess because of the type of music he plays (stuff that isn't exactly in the spot light for the latest generations) and because of all the older names he's been compared with. They said that people with pc's and macs need to beware. It was a very interesting look into these cyber gangs. TB... Go Big or Go Home!

Conficker exploits a hole in Windows that was patched BEFORE conficker came out in it's hardcore form. As long as you keep Windows up to date at all times you don't have to worry about it. It will mainly affect third world countries and idiots. NOT mac owners or intelligent PC owners. National crisis averted, back to talking about Johns taut little butt. I'm Irish if that matters

I know Matt has had some cancellations on tours he was opening for this year...
