Also, i put 6105s in my 62. I really enjoy it with them in there. Makes you feel the notes if that makes sense.

Wha...? I was over the whole chandler thing, admittantly i was a little harsh, sorry chandler. My first post was a joke, which TD caught on to. if you like
sigs go for sigs. Why would I care? He asked about necks I talked about necks, he wanted clips, i gave him clips. How did any of that make me sound like an
ass? I think you were reading into my posts a little. I will let it slide.

Well, so I have a question. What's the JM sig neck size compared to the hot rod 62? Cause I don't have the biggest hands. Just big feet. Which just
come in handy on the weekends.

they are the same. 9.5 radius C neck

But they're both thicker than the usual, right?

yeah, i think so. In the description for both it says the "larger C neck" so... maybe. haha
on the description of the american standard it just says modern c neck, no radius change though.

like if an srv neck is a baseball bat what is the jm and hotrod?

erich wrote:Well, no. I never had an srv in my hands. But just compared to a standard neck, you know. Or just your hand sizes and experiences. Whereas I know comfortability varies. Well, I have a MIM 60 Classic Player (awesome price/value), to give you a start. And I really like the neck of it. |

oh, so like actual baseball talk. I just usually hear the srv neck described as a baseball bat so my mind ran there immediately.

No I just started with baseball bats, to distract from the radius. Just to make it more visual and clear what I was talking about. So I'm asking about the
thickness.

Mayer strats also vary quite a bit on nick thickness. Mine has the thickness of a hotrod 62 strat neck, which is pretty fat (and which I love). I've seen
many much thinner than mine, so expect some variance.
