For the money, george l's solderless are great! I use them on throughout my board, and they're fairly easy to customize.

I know those reviews provide a nice little summary for each cable, but they were all on electric guitars. Would the same hold true if you went acoustic with
them?

i don't think acoustics require as much attention to detail as the electrics do. You don't have to do a lot of signal manipulation on acoustics than
you do with electrics + effects, unless you plan to do acoustic + effects kind of stuff.

I don't know if i can say what my favorite is, because i only played 4 or 5 different cables...3 sucking completely...radio shack brand, no name brand from
local guitar shop and a fender cable....now the ones i liked: were the george l...
but my favorite cable (one i play now) is the Evidence Audio Melody...very very good sounding...not stiff like the lyric hg.. and by the way john does play pete cornish cables once and awhile.. |

people keep saying he does or did, but pete cornish's website lists EVERY artist who has used their products for the past 40 years! John does not appear on
that list. OH, by the way, http://www.petecornish.co.uk/ has the COOLEST home page, check it
out.

I've read something where he stated he was using Pete Cornish and Evidence Lyrics. Just because he said he was using Analysis Plus cables now doesn't
mean he wasn't using Pete Cornishes before. And just because Pete didn't put him on the list doesn't mean he hasn't purchased product from him.
Who says JM didn't go to some guitar shop and buy some PC cables. Does the retailer have to immediately contact PC and tell them everytime a big name comes
in and buys a product so PC can update his list? JM says he was using a NG-2 on one of his videos so he definitely has some PC gear.

Right now I'm using Spectraflex. Not too expensive, good quality, and they carry a lifetime warranty

I have a question...Let's say I use a quality cable through all my pedals, then from the pedals to the amp, I use a shitty cable. Does that ruin having a
good cable or how does it work?? I'm a newb in pedals
|
|||

i would assume the quality would only be as good as the weakest link in the chain. a lot of people suggest to use the same cables throughout the chain.
