Dreamweaver DOES hav a mac version - and the pc and mac version to work well together. I use the pc version for my sites, and my graphics designers use macs.

Go Daddy is excellent for purchasing and hosting your domain names.

I like Bluehost, WebSiteSource, and Ipowerweb for site hosting.

Get your domain purchased first.
Then buy a host for your site
then point the domain to the site using the new name servers they tell you - done. now setup email accounts, and then use FTP or DreamWeaver to work on your site.

Hope this helps,

Joe
