Okay, so I did the preorder for BS and I never did get a confirmation email. I go to the website, input my account info and my order is there. So I have tried many times to contact customer care and I don't get a confirmation that I even sent THAT! No one has gotten back to me, and I am worried that come password time, I will be out of the loop. Help! Is there an actual phone number to call I am overlooking? Or perhaps another email address other than customer care? Should I just go in an completely change my email address?? Any guidance anyone can give would be GREATLY appreciated.
