wow i thought i was the only one...theres definitely a distinct martin smell, idk what it is about it. i have a DX1 which is a discontinued model.
the best for me is if i've been playing it in a smoky room or bar. you still get the powerful smell of wood but for the next few days you also get that kind of rich stinging smell of tobacco, and the way it blends produces an awesome smell at least to me. i'm sure some people dont like it and its probably not good for the guitar but it smells so nice
