Yeah, UTbase is right.

Your best parting guitar and hope for:

Pickups: $400
Body with big dings and pickguard: $500
Neck w/tuners with issues: $125
Neck plate: $275
Case: $100

Keep in mind you can get a brand new John Mayer Strat painted by Pamelina herself to the "new" Monterey Pop Fender approved design, signed guitar and COA from Pamelina for $3,500. If you had this in mint condition, you "might" fetch $2,700.00. At $4k, you're only $500 away from a brand new store bought FCS Master Built Strat or Team Built for less at $3k.....brand new. If you send her just body, $1,500.00

It's a very cool Partscaster, like the thought put into it with real Hendrix tribute guitar neck plate. Those dings, which i look at as abuse, or very hard played, probably cost $100 a ding...really hurt your bodies value, otherwise, maybe you could've sold the entire body with loaded pickguard for $1,500 if buyer could get 3rd party to confirm FCS 60's pups (great pups by the way and good choice) are real, which I'm sure they are.

In the end, I don't think you could run to the bank fast enough if you got $2k. Partscasters with any paint job and top quality specs are tough to sell for more than $1k sadly, even though owner paid $2k to build it...or in this case, more. Most would rather have a brand new Mayer Strat, brand new Two Rock SP22 head and new TR 1x12 for less than your asking price of $4k.

Good luck and I'm not bashing your guitar, nor was UTbase.
