^^^^Exactly. He is the artist but there are always many other "hands" involved in the decision making process. In the end the record companies are trying to figure out how to make money in an environment which has consumers who no longer purchase music. The $$$$ to them is shrinking. The game has changed for all of them. In this regard his new management was a great choice.
