Awesome. Im really enjoying it so far. It really thickens the tone if you want it to...otherwise it is an EXTREMELY transparent boost.

What Ive been doing with it today is cranking down the volume on my guitar to 6ish (which really cleans up the cleans) and then using the Katana to bring it back up to the volume I want. With the added fatness from the Katana, my tone is nice and thick but very clean and accurate. Im trying to find a mic to record it but havent been sucessful yet...but here is a textual description :)

Before:
I had my strat volume cranked and enjoyed the tone. It was very thick...but almost a little bit "muffled" if you will. Almost too bassy. It also had a little open air noise in the background (presumably from the lack of trem plate on the sig strat). If I rolled down the volume to about 6 it eliminated the open air and really cleaned up the tone...but I lost the fatness (try it on yours!). How to compromise?

After:
With the addition of the Katana I can use the boost to bring the volume back up, and it adds back the fatness....most importantly it adds it back WITHOUT the muffled tone. Just good clean thick dripping cleans. Then I add the Keeley BD-2 with just a pinch of gain and the tone is to die for.

Cant wait to add the Fulldrive Mosfet to the chain :)
