something minor that i've noticed with JM's pedalboard. @2:00
He "holds" down the microsynth stomp to activate it, and then deactivating by releasing it. i figured it was just a toggle, but i guess you can toggle and hold/release. yea that's all i had to say.a |

Perhaps, but is it not also possible that he is (with minute actions) pressing it down, releasing it, holding his foot there, then disengaging it the same way
(ie, operating it normally but leaving his foot there)?

Does anyone know which Fuzz pedal is John using on that Crossroads video from last year? The one that's in his youtube account, with the white strat.
Is it the NG-2?

Most likely. I can get pretty close to those fuzz tones using a Keeley Fuzz Head with an OD in front of it (TS-9 typically).

Hey... new stuff for the new tour?
http://twitpic.com/o878m - SG... I think I've never seen him playing an SG before. Interesting. http://twitpic.com/o8hvx - this one is really weird.

That second one is a Rick Turner Model 1 (Lindsey Buckingham from Fleetwood Mac plays them a lot)

Hey guys... I'm working on building a board to get as close to Mayer's tone (Crossroads festival or Where the Light is mainly). Currently, I have a
Keeley TS808, Zendrive, and a Carbon Copy Delay into a Deluxe Reverb Reissue. I find I can do quite of few of his tones with this but still I am unable to
duplicate a few accurately. For example, Bold as Love on where the light is. It sounds to me like it could be a fuzz or something I'm not sure though.
Anyways, I was wondering which pedal would make the most useful addition to my board?
