I did a search and didn't come up with anything, so forgive me if this has already been posted. Has anyone else discovered this goodreads.com site? A
friend introduced it to me a few days ago and I've been completely obsessed with it ever since. If you're a book reader, check it out. It's
basically a myspace-type site where you keep track of the books you've read, are reading, and that are on your list to be read. You can write reviews and
rate the books and read others' reviews, etc. You will be amazed at how much time you can spend trying to remember all the books you've read and
searching out new ones. It's crazy.

if you read lots, and have a to of paperbacks sitting around - try this:
http://www.paperbackswap.com you can enter all of the books that you have read but don't want to keep, and search other users for books you want. you pay postage only and 'trade.' nifty.

joey/em, the vince flynn book is REALLY good. you will both like it a bunch. I love the fact that all of his books are so relevant in regards to the current
world political climate....I also heard they are planning on making a series of mitch rapp movies similiar to the jason bourne franchise! YAYAYAYAY!

Read Duma Key by Stephen King recently. I enjoyed it more that some of his last few books. I could see it making a good movie.

I've been reading Eat, Pray, Love and I can't decide if I love it or if I'm kind of irritated with her, you know? it's a little
self-aggrandizing, but by the same token I love her writing style and find it an enjoyable book to read. maybe if it weren't about her actual life I'd
like it more? I'm sure we'd all love to spend the year "finding ourselves" in exotic foreign countries, but we don't all have that
luxury. eh, I'm just jealous.

not for his acting skills, but purely based on the fact that he would make a realistic looking mitch rapp, the guy who plays mike on desperate housewives.
older, good looking, rugged, athletic, and a little mysterious...obviously he would have to beef up some and they'd have to dye his hair darker but
he's the first one that comes to my mind looks wise.

i still dont see it to be honest. maybe its because hes on a tv show where everyone lives in happy nice neighborhood la la land but he seems like too much of a
pussy. mitch rapp is pretty cold, unforgiving and ruthless a lot of the time, only when anna was around would he tend to warm up a bit.

i agree completely joey. I don't think he SHOULD be mitch rapp because his acting sucks, but looks wise, he is pretty close to what I have always pictured
mitch rapp as...though mitch is obviously buffer, haha.

buffer and battle scared, literally. gun shot wounds, the scar on his face etc. would take some make-up for sure.

that's why i pictured clive owen - albeit without the accent.
or jason stratham. again without the accent.

finished the book last night, pretty kick ass. theres definitely some parts towards the end when the ruthless do anythign part of rapp comes out and you can
help but think "oh shit" for his enemies. over all a great read, but not my favorite of the series.
