I also thought "no one" was John based on his first 6 posts -- on the RY interview thread, on strawbary's thread expressing her disappointment after meeting him, and even on the Split Screen Sadness thread. "No one" has a lot of insider information/insight. And then there was this post:
"Although I pride myself on picking up on things right away..." Change a few words and you have the Grammy speech: "I pride myself on always being palatable to the people back home." Who uses that phrase, anyway? Now I think it's a poser, a "regular" poster who wants us to think it's John. Because surely a guy who totes around puppies for supermodels wouldn't waste his time posting on a message board. |

No one, I am sorry to burst your bubble but it is probably about me. After I left John's hotel room after a concert one night-last fall- (i had to leave immediately,it was almost midnight and I had to go) he called out after to me "but I didn't get your last name!..." but I couldn't stay to tell him, if I was a second past midnight, i couldn't get home and would totally screwed because of plans the next day.
that's my story and I'm sticking to it. |

Okay, #1) I'm not John, nor am I pretending to be. I may be a huge fucking loser (in your opinion), but i'm no one. How could I be John? He's someone!
#2) I am just a regular gal, and I met John and he did ask me. Then the song came out. He could be talking about me. (and I think he is!) He doesn't meet THAT many girls everyday.
