I certainly would like to think it was chocolate mousse! My husband played a horrible practical joke on me by getting me to watch it a month ago, and it has
been burned on my retinas ever since. I laughed my ass off at John and Sherrod's parody of it. But, even if it was chocolate mousse, how do you explain the
vomiting into each other's mouth?

now that's real...
I didn't watch it up to there. You are a braver woman than I. I might watch it again seeing as I can think of the stuff as chocolate mousse... |

Brave my ass. I'm just a big sucker! Even if it really is just chocolate mousse, it STILL was inside her butt, and I would never recommend to anyone to
actually watch it.

John Mayer Enters Food Porn World With "2 Guys 1 Cup"
Furthering his previously reported foray into the world of food, singer/songwriter John Mayer has dove mouth-first into the realm of food porn with a video called "2 Guys 1 Cup" which was recently added to Mayer's blog. "2 Guys 1 Cup" is a parody of another video titled "2 Girls 1 Cup," which displays what is likely the single most repulsive act ever caught on film. We'll exercise some restraint by not going into detail (or linking to it from here), but it's safe to say that Mayer's rendition is much easier to stomach, not to mention delicious. The clip features Mayer and a friend seductively eating what appears to be soft serve frozen yogurt or ice cream and taking turns squeezing chocolate sauce over their cold treat while the other goes in for a mouthful. While Mayer's video lacks the pornographic elements of its muse, that's not to say it's not playful and a little erotic in its own right. Mayer's fascination with all things food blossomed last week when he announced he was going to begin chronicling his adventures in dining on his blog, which has so far been restricted to a few snapshots of onion rings and shepherd's pie. However, this new project hints that Mayer's future in food may be a promising one indeed. In fact, be it his past relationship with Jessica Simpson, creating photo essays on New York City or doing stand-up comedy, Mayer is proving to be way more interesting when he leaves his guitar at home. -Ben Conoley |

he should have listened to his own advice from "Gravity", think twice before doing something like this. I don't know what he was trying to
achieve, but being synonymous with this garbage? i mean john come on. "Just keeps us where the light is"?? Is that the light? I understand funny and
having fun, i do, but this is just too much.
I know a lot of you don't agree. whatever. it's just my personal opinion. ~ Rzeznik

I'm sure he was well aware of what he was associating himself with when he did this blog. John's knowlegde and awareness of porn is nothing new.

^I know that question was directed at someone else, but wasn't he mostly playing to college age people in those early shows, you know, people who would
have loved that stuff?

You must stay stonefaced at all times! NO SMILES FOR YOU!
I'm Irish if that matters

Which is what I got out of it. John has always been in to raunchy porn. He has definitely toned down his shows now that they are played to a broader base, but I don't think that means he's not still a fan of your run of the mill poopsex vid. I keed i keed. I think it's offensive filth too, i am just saying that his fans that knew of him way back when should not be surprised at this video. It's pretty typical John. |

He's a 30 year old guy...just because he's 30 doesn't mean that with their friends they don't act 12... my son is 28 and when he gets around
the guys at work and they are rendering..nothing to do..they find the most obnoxious utubes they can find and send them between computers... guys and porn..
just so normal.
I would think he was weird if he didn't have a healthy fasination with it. I find it fasinating...probably not that vid, but he has always been in the thick of it so to speak... references to the girl in the tub..lets face it he has always been off color. I think it is part of his charm.. Like she said..john has always had a thing for porn and the early shows were a mix yes a lot of college students but not always. His banter was one of the things that got him where he was.. he was always charming and shocking..a wonderful combination look at matt nathanson's live shows.. same thing and I think matt is amazing.. take Matt's banter away and matt is wonderful but he loses that edge. debbie nothing like a healthy dose of shock to wake everyone up..nothing wrong with that...free country no one says you had to look at that video. and it made the lulls between shows more fun around here..I love the fake indignation, when most of those people flew to the website to see the real vid.

guildrzeznik wrote: I hear what you're saying, but for me personally, JM's parody helped erase the horror of that other video from my mind. I clicked on the link (for the original) not knowing what it was, and quickly turned it off, but the small bit I saw was, to say the least, very disturbing. It kept flashing before my eyes, my brain couldn't get rid of it. Until I watched the parody video - it helped mitigate the horror. I think using humor to deal with ugly things is healthy. That is the light. JM has always had his finger on the pulse of popular culture. Unfortunately, this gross video seeped in. JM followed and I, for one, am happy he provided a counter-balance. |

Debbie - the first time I saw Matt, it was him going off on a guy in the audience that made me start adoring him. I love his music now, but really - he just
would be Matt without the f-word and 80's covers.

he would be Matt,,but the banter sets him apart... I love his music, but it is the live shows that draw people to him..I have gotten so many people hooked on
matt by simply having them go to the live shows..I give them the albums and it just doesn't work..I give them the dvd I have and oooh where is he
playing??/...
his music is good but the whole pkg is just better... debbie

His version was slightly funny. In my opininon not funny enough to dispel the disgust of the original, and I only saw a few sec's of it.

Oh Deb I'm hearing ya! lol... my son's 25.. his mates are either older or younger and they're all idiots when they get together.. Gets worse when they become parents (because then it's all in the fun for the kids you know) er..minus the porn. |
