I'm trying to be positive since it's all for charity and such but, why L.A. again? Is it exposure? Is it publicity?

Local-83 isn't taking any new memberships for the rest of the year. If yours expires between now and then, you've been extended until the end of the
year, but no one else can join (even if you've been a member in the past). I don't know why, though, and I don't think anyone else knows, either.

well fuck looks like i'm going the ticketbastard route for tickets...not too stoked considering i pulled row T for Kings Of Leon even though i went on at
10...however, anything close to T and i would be extremely stoked...

I think it's pretty obvious that MT has closed membership so that current/long time members will be the ones to get the advantage of the presale. I think
they're trying to ward off brokers as well.

it'd be nice if they were cleaning house of all scalpers or issuing member numbers so you pick up tickets based on member numbers rather than having them
mailed to you (or something similar to how PJ tickets work)...
