I liked the performance and I thought that some of the chords he played were a little too "funky" and didn't fit the song. They still worked,
just not exactly.

for me.. the tone was okay, the playing was great! I thought the solo wasn't very thought out, but I've seen John do that before on one occasion.
Usually he goes right where he should. The odd time it seems to me he's just playing for the sake of playing. I cringed in a couple of spots because of
that, but it was awesome anyway
