I think we'll mourn his loss as well as the loss of ourselves as children listening to Thriller on the record player. no matter what you thought of the man himself... his music was his legacy. RIP debbie there came a moment in the middle of the song when he suddenly felt every heartbeat in the room & after that he never forgot he was part of something much bigger...Brian Andres

CNN hasn't confirmed it but, as hard as I am trying to be positive, I am losing hope. My heart goes out to his family. This is an incredible loss to music. John is right, so much of my childhood is connected to his music. RIP, Michael.
