I just found a few clips of this on you tube not a bad sounding amp in my opinion.

Here is the black verb which is pretty killer as well. |

on the youtube page he mentions to one user that he like Warehouse speakers, which seem to be a US made Celestion knock off brand ( i say knock off because all
of their literature references them as direct replacement of Celestions). I also notice on their "guess who uses us...i see Two-Rock.....But i thought two
rock only used Eminance?
Regardless, This video really as me wanting to get a solid 2x12 cab with some heavery ceramics in there. He even said it was some shit Eminance he had in there, and it still sounds great...although he has some nice technique as well |

Ronnie Baker Brooks (SP) opened for Buddy Guy earlier this year and he was using a set of these. They sounded very nice.

In the video description he says that its a USA customs guitar. So it kinda is a parts guitar I guess.

I posted these a while back an no one seemed at all interested in Redplate. Jacobs an awesome player. He also knows his tone as you can tell. I've traded
emails with him in the past about pickups and Redplate. He's super generous with his knowledge and even gave me his cell number and told me to call him if
I just wanted to chat guitars.
Most def Redplate amps sound awesome. I've read a few Henry Heistand interviews too and he def knows what he's talking about. I'd say if you got the money, start buying up some of these gems because he's gonna be a big name in the boutique world in a few years. Dude only been official for about three years, which is nothing. Also if you order one you get a custom name plate. |

+1 as am I. those Tweedy-verbs are just so damn adorable! another thing, red (and blue) are my fave colors. also they sound awesome. I see thee guys as serious
comp for TR in the future. my teacher's friend (you may know him. if not, go Google him or just shoot yourself) Hubert Sumlin, played through one of those
when he was here in Columbus for our "Blues for a Cure" concert to raise money for Breast Cancer research. of course I didn't know or care really
who Red Plate was (I was too busy with everything else) but it is funny that you posted this, Tex. thank you.

Hubert Sumlin is one of the most underrated players in the world. I mean if you really dissect his licks you can hear them in playing of Hendrix and e.c. , he
really is a great player I saw him live at the first crossroads. But yeah I kinda dig the black-verb , it sounds like it can really nail that SRV stuff.

these videos have me sold to build a blackface twin. i dont use the reverb or trem, so i think i will just build to standard front end and double it, removing
the reverb and trem circuit. Just something thats loud and clean.

That's some amazing tone, pretty affordable too at around 1500 (compared to other boutiques).

looks like the amps base at 1400, and that is for the stripped down version( whichs looks like a pretty simple BF preamp. Also, ive never seen an amp maker
have LESS info than this one. To be honest leet, you would be better servered getting a used BF twin. those tweedy verbs are cathode biased...you might did the
way that sounds...for 6l6 amps, i like a fixed bias. But anyhting you do, you can use you bassman's speakers, but just remember that they are wired up in a
2 ohm configuration. So either your new amp need to support 2 ohms ( or 4 ohms and youll see a bit more break up and volume), or youd have to change your
config around.
