So theres this song that i was listening to on the radio today where the guy keeps repeating "up and down" (hes talking about sex). I heard it on
hot 97 but forgot the name, and the up and down is the only part of the lyrics I remember. If anyone is into hip hop or R&B and knows the name help me
out.

yea its funny, i couldnt remember it all day as much as i tried, then I smoked and chilled with a couple of friends, and on my way home another part of the
lyrics suddenly came to me. The whole "if you're a single lady let me buy you a round". It actually made me pretty damn happy to remember it.
